Cancellations

If you discover you have made a mistake with your order, before a despatch e-mail has been sent to you, please contact us immediately at info@foreverdead.co.uk. Please note that we are unable to change your order after it has been despatched.

Where a cancellation notice is received by us before despatch we shall reimburse the cost of the order, including the costs of delivery, within 14 days from the date you notify us of the cancellation.

Should your order have been despatched, before you notify us of your intention to cancel your order, please follow the instructions in the ‘Returns’ section below.

Returns

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your order.

However, please note that audio and video recordings (for example CDs, LPs, DVDs, cassettes etc) are excluded from the right of return if the data medium has been opened and/or removed from its packaging. The returned items must be in 'as new' condition.

To exchange or return your items please e-mail info@foreverdead.co.uk within 14 days of receipt confirming:

your name
order number (you would have received this with your order confirmation e-mail)

reason for the return.

Please also state if you require a refund or an exchange of items. Please note that due to the limited stock we have of many items we will not always be able to provide a like-for-like replacement. In those cases we will refund the cost of the item to be returned.

Upon receipt of your e-mail regarding your return we will provide information on where to return the items to.

When you return your items you must ensure that you also include an instruction note with your name, order number, reason for return and whether you require a refund or an exchange of items.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made a mistake with the order.

You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping. Returned items are at your own risk.

Upon receipt, and inspection, of the returned items we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved we shall reimburse the cost of the order, excluding the costs of the delivery to you, within 14 days of us receiving the goods back from you.

All refunds will be made to you using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction.

Please note that requests received after 14 days of receipt of your order will not qualify for a refund.
